Here at our main site in Rotherham, Springfield is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If your pet requires emergency treatment please contact your nearest Springfield branch where you will be advised of the nearest branch to attend dependant on the type of emergency and time of day of your emergency.
If your emergency is after 6.30pm please contact our Out of Hours Service Provider VetsNow on either:
Sheffield 0114 2421929 – They operate from PDSA Pet Aid Hospital, 14 Newhall Rd, Sheffield, S9 2QL
Or
Doncaster 01302 215189 – They operate from Beechwood Veterinary Hospital, 51 Bawtry Rd, Doncaster, DN4 7AA
We believe that emergencies outside our normal working hours are best served by a dedicated emergency service with a specialised team of staff who have been specifically trained to provide you with a dedicated emergency service. This means that our own staff are able to provide a high standard of care to your pets already in our hospital.
If your pet has to be hospitalised at our main site in Rotherham, your pet will be looked after by our dedicated nursing team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This means that if your pet requires treatment or hospitalisation overnight, there is always someone there to look after them.
